You need to switch the Graphics card from integrated to dedicated (Nvidia/AMD). Integrated graphics are generally capable of running small games. So, to run DOOM 2016, you need to switch back to dedicated graphics. If you are not sure how to do it, there are few videos out there on YouTube that might help.

First of all, make sure that your Drivers are up to date. If they are updated, then try to change the game resolution to the Desktop resolution.
