Europa Universalis IV is an upcoming grand strategy computer game developed by Paradox Development Studio and published by Paradox Interactive. As of June 2013 its scheduled release date is 13 August 2013.
The game is set in the period of 11 November 1444 to 1 January 1821.

Penerbit game Paradox Interactive mengumumkan kehadiran game PC terbaru, Europa Universalis IV. Permainan strategi perang ini akan meluncur pada 13 Agustus 2013.

Dilansir Softpedia, Rabu (5/6/2013), game yang dikembangkan Paradox Development Studio ini tidak hanya dapat dimainkan di platform Windows, tetapi juga Linux serta Mac OS X. Game akan dihadirkan dengan berbagai mode permainan, termasuk singleplayer.

Mode singleplayer memungkinkan pemain memilih sebuah negara dan menjalankan sejarah negara tersebut. Europa Universalis IV juga menawarkan permaina multiplayer, yang didukung oleh Steamworks. 

Fitur multiplayer ini memungkinkan pemain bermain hingga 32 orang, yang saling bersaing untuk bisa memenangkan pertempuran. Game strategi perang ini mengandalkan mesin game Clausewitz 2.5 Engine.

Anda dapat menemukan pertempuran di abad ke-18. Pemain dapat bertempur untuk menguasai wilayah lawan. 

Europa Universalis IV akan tersedia secara pre-order dengan banderol USD39,99. Untuk versi Extreme Edition, game ini akan dijual dengan tambahan harga USD10 dari versi normalnya.

Step 2: Right click on either one, and select properties. Navigate to the security tab, and give "Users" full permission by clicking edit and then clicking the full control box under allow.

Step 3: Click the compatability tab, and click the box by "Run this program as an administrator" under the "Privelege Level" area.

Microsoft Still Not Guaranteeing Fable Legends Will Launch This Year

Lionhead's free-to-play Xbox One and PC game Fable Legendswas at one time scheduled to launch this fall as part of Microsoft's "greatest games lineup in Xbox history." But that didn't really happen.

The game is available now through a limited closed beta that users must agree to a non-disclosure agreement to play, but when will everyone get to play the full game?

That's the question Game Informer put to Microsoft today. The company said more details will be shared in the "coming weeks" though it would not commit to launching the full game before the end of the year.

"As a service-based title in closed beta, we're always working to make sure that when we open Fable Legends to everyone, that it's a great gameplay experience," a Microsoft representative said. "We are continuing to expand our closed beta and will have more details to share in the coming weeks."

This matches up with what Microsoft marketing executive Aaron Greenberg told GameSpot in October. At the time, he explained that Fable Legends will remain in closed beta for the foreseeable future.

"We'll move those titles into full, open beta when they're ready," Greenberg said. "But we don't want to rush that until they're ready. So, at this point, we're staying in closed beta and we'll share more news when we're ready to. But it's been nice to see the initial reaction from fans that have been playing and a lot of demand from more people who want to get in and experience those games."

Whenever it's released, Lionhead has high hopes for Fable Legends. The developer thinks the game will enjoy up to a 10-year lifespan, staying interesting and relevant through lots and lots of DLC.

Overclocking could be coming to locked Skylake CPUs soon

Recently, extreme overclockers have begun figuring out how to increase the base clock on locked Intel Skylake processors. Dhenzjhen was the first to do it using a modified motherboard when he took a Core i3-6320's base clock up to 127 MHz from 100 MHz, and now elmor has taken a Core i3-6300 up to 152.8 MHz.

For some background, a CPU's frequency is measured by its base clock (BCLK) and a multiplier. To overclock, you either want to increase the base clock (which usually starts at 100 MHz) or the multiplier. Usually, you need a CPU with the "K" signifier to do this, because "non-K" processors have limitations built into the hardware. Getting around these hardware locks on non-K CPUs is a big deal. Increasing the BCLK by a handful of MHz may not seem like much, but when it gets multiplied it results in a much higher overall CPU frequency.

Dhenzjhen's BCLK overclock took an i3-6320 from its stock 3.9GHz speed all the way up to 4.9GHz, but it required a specific motherboard and some hackery. According to AnandTech, a simple BIOS update could see the feature being added to other motherboards soon. ASRock says that it can adjust the base clock of a Pentium G4400 by 20 percent, a Core i3-6300T by 20 percent, and an i5-6600 by over 30 percent. The company will be rolling out BIOS updates over the next week "after internal validation has been carried out."

The extreme overclockers were using the likes of liquid nitrogen as cooling solutions, but ASRock says that its results were performed with air cooling.

In previous generations of Intel architecture, overclocking the processor's base clock too much led to issues elsewhere in the system. However with Skylake, the base frequency only affects the CPU, integrated graphics and DRAM. So unlocking the ability to boost the BCLK means that we'll be able to see much higher CPU frequencies, although getting up to the 5.8 GHz that elmor achieved on the i3-6300 might be a challenge for the everyday user.

Still, this could be a game-changer for budget PC builds—if you can add a whole gigahertz of clock speed to an i3 processor, things are going to get very interesting.

Earlier, Sims 4 used to work perfectly for me without Origin. At some point, I re installed the game and applied the ultimate fix. When running it, it gives an "unable to start" error about Origin not open (error code: d3382ced:984c6a38:00000000). I blocked Sims 4 in the firewall, uninstalled all anti-virus programs on my pc, reinstalled it, redownloaded the files, redownloaded the ultimate fix and reapplied it, I even tried the Reloaded version but it also gave the same error. I uninstalled and installed the programs in the redist directory, I tried changing the directory (to the Electronic Arts folder in Program Files (x86)) I reinstalled Origin, tried without it open, even tried with it uninstalled. I tried disabling my firewall, tried without internet, but all failed.
